I have been seeing Dr. Kessler for many years. He has helped with my back, neck and shoulder. He takes time to walk you through treatment options including physical therapy exercises. They also have convenient hours so it's easy to get in after work. Claudine makes scheduling easy and is the best. The whole office makes you feel like family. They have also treated my husband and son too. I cannot recommend them more!
When I called Claudine knew exactly who I should see based on my symptoms. The first appointment was thorough, which was appreciated. I enjoy coming in! Highly recommend.

This place is truly a Godsend! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and the care I’ve received has been first rate. Other chiropractors I’ve seen in the past would only spend a couple of minutes doing quick adjustments and send me out the door like an assembly line. NOT the case with Victory. The doctors here take the time to talk to you and deliver the treatment that you actually need. I was referred here by my daughter who is also a chiropractor. I highly recommended Victory Rehab!!!
I've been going to Victory Rehab on and off for years, and I've always felt better after my adjustments and treatments. Dr. Chris and Dr. Tom are very knowledgeable and take a genuine interest in your condition, the reason for your visit, and you as a person. They ask questions, listen to what you have to say, and fully explain and discuss in detail what could be causing your discomfort and how to treat it. They not only provide adjustments, but they work with their therapists to prescribe additional stretches and exercises that you can do at their locations and at home to help with your condition. The entire team works together to correctly diagnose your problem or condition and treat it correctly.
I also want to mention Claudine, who always finds a way get you in for an appointment and takes care of all the financial and insurance information. She takes a personal interest in everyone, makes you feel very welcome, and will do anything she can to help you.
I threw my back out doing something dumb (some combination of life and ego), which is never a good time when you’re trying to build back to a squat and deadlift PR. The team at Victory Rehab diagnosed it correctly, treated it properly, and got me back under the bar instead of just telling me to rest and hope. I’m back to training and chasing numbers again, which matters more to me than I’d like to admit.
Round two was less about my deadlift and more about my marriage. My wife told me my shoulders were lopsided. Not “you should get that checked out” lopsided, but more like “I’m not sure I’m still attracted to you” lopsided. That’s the kind of feedback that gets a man to call a chiropractor same week.
The team here actually took it seriously instead of just cracking my back once and sending me on my way. They assessed the shoulder asymmetry, walked me through actual treatment options, explained what was going on instead of just nodding along, and put together a real plan. Several sessions later, I’m reportedly more even and, more importantly, significantly more attractive. I don’t know what line item that falls under in their billing software, but it worked.
All that to say, legitimately good clinical care, communicated well, that also happened to save my marriage a little. Can’t ask for much more from a chiropractor. Highly recommend the Geneva and Naperville locations.
Tom and Chris are very knowledgeable and professional. I pulled my back shoveling snow a couple years ago and have been working with them ever since. I’ve felt great right after the first visit but still pretend I have pain so my wife doesn’t make me do manual labor around the house. Keep up the good work guys always a pleasure when I stop in!
Dr. Campbell is wonderful! He listens to my concerns and provides me with explanations with everything he is doing. I have made healthy recovery’s from injuries after his help!

Dr. Tom and Dr. Chris have looked after my family for years now. They provide personalized, thoughtful, and effective treatment balanced with adjustments and personal training/rehab plans. We couldn't see going anywhere else!
I’ve been a patient since 2021 working with Dr. Kessler. I always appreciate his straightforward manner, and easy to understand explanations. Dr. Campbell has also treated me a few times when Dr. Kessler was not available, and regardless of who is performing my treatment or leading my rehab, I know that I will be treated respectfully and responsibly.
Claudine is also a joy to talk with when checking-in, waiting for treatment, and/or on the way out. She makes scheduling a breeze, and processing payments and explaining where I am in relation to meeting my deductible.
The treatment plan developed for me has been adapted a few times over the years, but my body has always responded well to the treatment and rehab exercises.
I would absolutely recommend this location, and would also encourage all future patients to trust the process.

I am a new patient with Dr. Chris and am happy to say I found a provider that I am comfortable with. I left the second appointment feeling a bit of relief. Working from home for years has taken a toll on my neck and upper back. Dr. Chris took the time to review my x-rays, explain to my why I have pain, provide two treatment plans and a flexible payment schedule. I recommend anyone with back or neck pain give Dr. Chris a chance to help them out.
Doctor Tom is AMAZING! I am now able to walk with no pain on my left foot. I was misdiagnosed so was being treated by other doctors with no positive results. I tried everything. Suffered through the pain for about 8 months until I decided to see Dr. Tom. He knew instantly that I didn't have plantar fasciitis after examining me. Ever so grateful that I found him. I'm starting to wear short heels now, who knew?!?! I honestly thought that's how it was gonna be for the rest of my life, not anymore 😀. Thanks Dr. Tom!!

Victory Rehab provides exceptional service. I was referred to them by a friend for severe lower back/nerve pain and I could not be happier with the results I have experienced. Upon my first visit I could barely walk, any movement was excruciating pain, but after being assessed I was provided with a very detailed plan on how we would reach relief/mobility and then full corrective care. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and expertise they provided and would recommend their services to anyone that needs this type of care.
I was referred to Victory Rehab by my boyfriend who had a positive experience with Dr. Tom. I injured my lower back working out. Dr. Tom did an x-ray to rule some things out and the x-ray actually showed my left pelvis was 11 mm lower than my right. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues in laymen terms. We first started out treating my injury and then he put together a treatment plan to correct my pelvis. He never forced me to do the treatment plan - he put it together, explained the benefits, costs, etc. and left it completely in my court on what I wanted to do.
After 5 sessions of treating my lower back injury, my back was free of pain. I then did 15 sessions (3 sessions per week) to try and even my pelvis out. This involved getting adjusted and 15 minutes of exercises. I had always been afraid to get adjusted because I didn’t want any chance of injury; however, both Dr. Tom and Dr.Chris are extremely knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. We did another x-ray after the 15 sessions and I am back to even! (My left pelvis went from an 11mm difference to a 1 mm difference after 15 sessions). I’m extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend Victory Rehab! (Not to mention they have the nicest receptionist you will ever meet on the planet in Claudine. She is the kindest woman).
I highly recommend Victory Rehab, I had really intense pain on my back, neck, shoulders and knee and after the program we defined with Doctor Kessler, everything is starting to get back to normal!
I started with Victory shortly after I had my hip replaced in March 2019. Initially it was about getting the functionality of my hip back as soon as possible. What i have discovered, is that as a 64 year old male trying to work out every day. I need as much help as I can get. With a focus on balance and muscle development, not only have I completely recovered from my hip replacement, i have gained a great deal of balance and my workouts are much more enjoyable. Getting adjusted and doing my exercises has become a regular part of my daily routine. I have worked with both Chris and Tom and find them equally effective . They are also very kind and enjoyable people. I would highly reccomend them for any PT situation.

Very personable staff. Fun and relaxed environment with PT right on sight. Dr. Chris is a fast talker so be prepared to slow him down. He is very knowledgable and has helped my pain disappear!
The whole staff that I worked with were extremely knowledgeable and broke information down in a very digestible way. After three sessions, the previously occurring pain:discomfort in my shoulder was nonexistent and has not returned. The office is incredibly efficient and affective.
