I threw my back out doing something dumb (some combination of life and ego), which is never a good time when you’re trying to build back to a squat and deadlift PR. The team at Victory Rehab diagnosed it correctly, treated it properly, and got me back under the bar instead of just telling me to rest and hope. I’m back to training and chasing numbers again, which matters more to me than I’d like to admit.

Round two was less about my deadlift and more about my marriage. My wife told me my shoulders were lopsided. Not “you should get that checked out” lopsided, but more like “I’m not sure I’m still attracted to you” lopsided. That’s the kind of feedback that gets a man to call a chiropractor same week.

The team here actually took it seriously instead of just cracking my back once and sending me on my way. They assessed the shoulder asymmetry, walked me through actual treatment options, explained what was going on instead of just nodding along, and put together a real plan. Several sessions later, I’m reportedly more even and, more importantly, significantly more attractive. I don’t know what line item that falls under in their billing software, but it worked.

All that to say, legitimately good clinical care, communicated well, that also happened to save my marriage a little. Can’t ask for much more from a chiropractor. Highly recommend the Geneva and Naperville locations.

I’ve been a patient since 2021 working with Dr. Kessler. I always appreciate his straightforward manner, and easy to understand explanations. Dr. Campbell has also treated me a few times when Dr. Kessler was not available, and regardless of who is performing my treatment or leading my rehab, I know that I will be treated respectfully and responsibly.

Claudine is also a joy to talk with when checking-in, waiting for treatment, and/or on the way out. She makes scheduling a breeze, and processing payments and explaining where I am in relation to meeting my deductible.

The treatment plan developed for me has been adapted a few times over the years, but my body has always responded well to the treatment and rehab exercises.

I would absolutely recommend this location, and would also encourage all future patients to trust the process.

Doctor Tom is AMAZING! I am now able to walk with no pain on my left foot. I was misdiagnosed so was being treated by other doctors with no positive results. I tried everything. Suffered through the pain for about 8 months until I decided to see Dr. Tom. He knew instantly that I didn't have plantar fasciitis after examining me. Ever so grateful that I found him. I was referred to Victory Rehab by my boyfriend who had a positive experience with Dr. Tom. I injured my lower back working out. Dr. Tom did an x-ray to rule some things out and the x-ray actually showed my left pelvis was 11 mm lower than my right. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues in laymen terms. We first started out treating my injury and then he put together a treatment plan to correct my pelvis. He never forced me to do the treatment plan - he put it together, explained the benefits, costs, etc. and left it completely in my court on what I wanted to do.

After 5 sessions of treating my lower back injury, my back was free of pain. I then did 15 sessions (3 sessions per week) to try and even my pelvis out. This involved getting adjusted and 15 minutes of exercises. I had always been afraid to get adjusted because I didn’t want any chance of injury; however, both Dr. Tom and Dr.Chris are extremely knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. We did another x-ray after the 15 sessions and I am back to even! (My left pelvis went from an 11mm difference to a 1 mm difference after 15 sessions). I’m extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend Victory Rehab! (Not to mention they have the nicest receptionist you will ever meet on the planet in Claudine. She is the kindest woman).

I started with Victory shortly after I had my hip replaced in March 2019. Initially it was about getting the functionality of my hip back as soon as possible. What i have discovered, is that as a 64 year old male trying to work out every day. I need as much help as I can get. With a focus on balance and muscle development, not only have I completely recovered from my hip replacement, i have gained a great deal of balance and my workouts are much more enjoyable. Getting adjusted and doing my exercises has become a regular part of my daily routine. I have worked with both Chris and Tom and find them equally effective . They are also very kind and enjoyable people. I would highly reccomend them for any PT situation.
