Dr. Tom, Dr. Chris, and Claudine are absolutely amazing! You can tell they are truly invested in their patients’ well-being and genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors. Dr. Tom always takes the time to explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and what to expect. They are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, kind, and never make you feel rushed.

Both locations in Naperville and Geneva office are extremely welcoming and positive atmosphere. It’s rare to find a healthcare team that makes you feel this comfortable and cared for. I can’t recommend Dr. Tom and Dr. Chris highly enough. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

These guys are so knowledgeable and give you way more than just an adjustment. Adjustments are quick, but thorough. They check in with you every time you come to see how you’re moving and feeling and they teach you simple exercises that make a huge difference for your posture and pain.I have felt such a difference after having neck pain for 10 years. I have been so lucky to have found Dr. Chris and Dr. Tom for my TMJ issues. Having had that TMJ since 2024, and have been trying different dentists and other doctors, but not working well. Until I was recommended March,2026 to see Dr. Chris, and his skills of dealing with my TMJ are definitely working effectively and helped relieve the pain and discomfort obviously. I highly recommend anyone who has TMJ issues come and visit Dr. Chris and you will see the big difference.

I can’t recommend Victory Chiropractic enough. I came in with a pinched nerve that was causing pain and tingling down my arm. After a thorough evaluation, he created a treatment plan tailored specifically to my condition. Within three months, the pain and tingling were completely gone.

The office is more than just adjustments. The physical therapy exercises you do during your visits help strengthen the weak areas that contributed to the problem in the first place, making the treatment much more effective.

Dr. Chris and Dr. Tom are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about helping you recover. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been to several chiropractors and PT clinics over the years, and Dr. Tom and the team at Victory Rehab are truly different.

At a lot of places, you get a quick adjustment and you’re out the door with no real plan to fix what’s causing the issue. That hasn’t been my experience here at all.

Dr. Tom takes the time to understand what’s going on, gives thorough adjustments, and incorporates stretching and corrective work into every visit. What I appreciate most is that they don’t just treat the symptoms—they focus on addressing the root cause. They also provide customized exercises and at-home plans so you’re making progress between appointments instead of relying on constant visits.

On top of the excellent care, everyone in the office is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to work with. You can tell they care about their patients and want to help them get better. I can’t recommend Victory Rehab highly enough.

I went to Victory rehab with stubborn lower back and stiffness that always flared up after sports activities and lingers for days and weeks. Dr. Tom took his time to listen and understand exactly what was going on, pinpointed what was causing the pain and delivered on the treatment.

This place is truly a Godsend! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and the care I’ve received has been first rate.
Other chiropractors I’ve seen in the past would only spend a couple of minutes doing quick adjustments and send me out the door like an assembly line. NOT the case with Victory. The doctors here take the time to talk to you and deliver the treatment that you actually need.

I've been going to Victory Rehab on and off for years, and I've always felt better after my adjustments and treatments. Dr. Chris and Dr. Tom are very knowledgeable and take a genuine interest in your condition, the reason for your visit, and you as a person. They ask questions, listen to what you have to say, and fully explain and discuss in detail what could be causing your discomfort and how to treat it. They not only provide adjustments, but they work with their therapists to prescribe additional stretches and exercises that you can do at their locations and at home to help with your condition. The entire team works together to correctly diagnose your problem or condition and treat it correctly.

I also want to mention Claudine, who always finds a way get you in for an appointment and takes care of all the financial and insurance information. She takes a personal interest in everyone, makes you feel very welcome, and will do anything she can to help you.

I threw my back out doing something dumb (some combination of life and ego), which is never a good time when you’re trying to build back to a squat and deadlift PR. The team at Victory Rehab diagnosed it correctly, treated it properly, and got me back under the bar instead of just telling me to rest and hope. I’m back to training and chasing numbers again, which matters more to me than I’d like to admit.

Round two was less about my deadlift and more about my marriage. My wife told me my shoulders were lopsided. Not “you should get that checked out” lopsided, but more like “I’m not sure I’m still attracted to you” lopsided. That’s the kind of feedback that gets a man to call a chiropractor same week.

The team here actually took it seriously instead of just cracking my back once and sending me on my way. They assessed the shoulder asymmetry, walked me through actual treatment options, explained what was going on instead of just nodding along, and put together a real plan. Several sessions later, I’m reportedly more even and, more importantly, significantly more attractive. I don’t know what line item that falls under in their billing software, but it worked.

All that to say, legitimately good clinical care, communicated well, that also happened to save my marriage a little. Can’t ask for much more from a chiropractor. Highly recommend the Geneva and Naperville locations.

I’ve been a patient since 2021 working with Dr. Kessler. I always appreciate his straightforward manner, and easy to understand explanations. Dr. Campbell has also treated me a few times when Dr. Kessler was not available, and regardless of who is performing my treatment or leading my rehab, I know that I will be treated respectfully and responsibly.

Claudine is also a joy to talk with when checking-in, waiting for treatment, and/or on the way out. She makes scheduling a breeze, and processing payments and explaining where I am in relation to meeting my deductible.
